WORLD KITE MUSEUM

They don't just have kites. The museum offers balloon tired manual and powered wheelchairs for accessing the beach.
They also offer a senior discount on admission to the museum. We paid $4/person for the museum. There is an elevator that can take you to the museum and there's more than enough room to get around in the museum with a mobility scooter, power chair, wheel chair or other ADA complaint mobility device.
It was a very fun and educational visit. We highly recommend this attraction.
