The Cowlitz Fish Hatchery,  located in Taledo, WA,  is owned by Tacoma Power and  is operated by the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife.

Camping is free at the Blue Creek Boat Launch. You may dry camp overnight for 3 nights and return after 7 days. The area is flat and fairly level and there are ADA-Compliant riverside fishing platforms.
