Not only did Nomad Internet toss all their "free for life" accounts and sponsorships out the window when they partnered with Verizon, the same sort of thing is happening with the internet we are borrowing from our friends. They have a similar plan that we had but with another company (unlimited, no throttle, no deprioritize). We are currently on the hunt for an alternative.
Their ISP got bought by someone and their service will be shut down in March. At least they gave their customers a warning. Nomad Internet simply left us high and dry when all of a sudden our broadband was disconnected and I had to go hunting down why.
WTF is going on?!
