This is a small casino with tons of ADA parking and plenty of space for a mobility scooter to get around. Here's their official web page: The Skagit Casino and Hotel
Go and have fun! We did!
When you sign up they give you a card with $10 on it to give you a head start on gambling. There is plenty of free self-serve coffee and soft drinks. There is a bar, a restaurant and a grill. We were fond of their chicken strips and hamburgers from the grill.
You have to pass the casino to get to the Mount Vernon RV Campground. It's very close to the campground. We were able to take our mobility scooers from our camp site directly to the casino and back.
